What's included in a cleaning?
We do a detailed steam cleaning in order to remove the fire hazardous grease and oil where it has built up over time. We clean the surrounding areas including the wall behind the appliance.
Can I skip or reschedule bookings?
A 48hr minimum cancellation is required. These cleanings are time consuming and labor intensive and require precise scheduling.
How long should an appliance steam cleaning take?
We estimate that cleaning a large appliance should take between 1-2 hours per appliance. However, this can vary based on what appliance and how large it is. Also there is set up, and clean up time for every job.
What chemicals do you use?
We only use chemicals when we have to. If there is serious grease and oil build-up, we use a non-flammable grease eater product that is a Potassium Hydroxide.
